Appointments
All consultations are by pre-booked appointment only. Doctors' appointments can be booked up to four weeks in advance at a range of times throughout the day. Nurses' appointments can be booked further in advance. We strive hard to see you at your appointment time.
We offer a range of appointment times from 0800-2000hrs (see opening hours). We carefully monitor demand for appointments in order to ensure we offer enough each day.
If you no longer need your appointment or can't make it, please let us know so that we can offer it to someone else.
There are three ways to book an appointment:
1) face to face with our receptionists during opening hours
2) using our automated telephone service (for doctors' appointments only) - select option 1
3) via the internet (SystmOnline). Please ask at reception for details of how to register for this service, which is currently only available for doctors' appointments.

In an emergency
If you have an urgent medical problem that you believe will not wait until the next available appointment, you can request that the duty doctor calls you back to assess your needs. If the doctor considers that you need to see a doctor, they will book you an appointment. This system is known as triage and is widely used in doctors' surgeries and A&E departments. In order for the doctor to prioritise those patients they have to call back, please give the receptionist as much information as possible about your symptoms.
Choice of GP
Whilst we try to offer you an appointment with your preferred GP, it may not always be possible. When our doctors are on holiday or otherwise absent we may employ a locum to cover their surgeries. Locum GPs are fully qualified and registered with NHS Lincolnshire.
